Shark Tank India:  FIRST TIME on the show, Transgender Laxmi Narayan Tripathi shares her business idea

Laxmi Narayan Tripathi,  a transgender rights activist, is seen pitching her company idea in the Season 1 unseen footage films that Shark Tank India recently published.

A number of previously unreleased clips from Shark Tank India, which broadcast from 20 December 2021 to 11 February 2022, have recently been made available.

A transgender woman named Laxmi Narayan Tripathy presented her business in a video that has gone viral on social media with the help of her longtime employee Manish Jain.

She operates 'Kineer' Water Services, a company that gives the transgender community jobs.

When "Kineer" Water Services first launched in 2018, they frequently delivered water to reputable companies like Vistara Airlines, Sodexo, and Lalit Hotels, among others.

They have directly or indirectly hired about 350 transgender people through this business. Laxmi and Manish also mentioned how their business gives transgender people who formerly begged on the streets or engaged in prostitution jobs.

The business wants to be among the top 3 packaged drinking water suppliers in the nation. They encouraged the sharks to participate in the change and requested an investment of 1 crore for 10% equity.

Namita Thapar commended the pitcher for founding Kineer and enquired as to what motivated her to do so. In response, Laxmi Narayan said that transgender people are frequently hired by global corporations for certain campaigns but then fired

Instead of making decisions about people based solely on their gender, she wants businesses to consider their talents and potential to advance the company.

Laxmi is a social activist who has made a significant contribution to improving the lives of LGBTQ and transgender populations in India.
